Bad Start For A Poker Weekend
This was suppose to be a big poker weekend for me, I am in the $5000 freeroll at Bet365 Poker and it started at noon today.
After about 45 minutes I tried to log into Empire to get ready for my $10,000 freeroll but I can log on.
I decide that there must be some bug that is keeping me from logging into both systems at the same time since I have not done this before.
A quick check of my other computer tells me that there is no Empire software on it. I start downloading the software thinking that I might be able to get on from another computer that’s not logged into Bet365 Poker.
I realize that I am not going to be able to download the software in time.
Plus my poker tournament on Bet365 Poker kind of sucks. I am down to 600 chips and I am the small stack at the table.
I go all in the next hand with pocket 3’s. Four people call me, and I am busted out. I close out Bet365 Poker and try to run Empire Poker again.
Nothing, then it dawns on me that Empire Poker is down.
I check a couple poker sites and sure enough, Party Poker is down also and has been for a couple hours.
So I gave up on my Bet365 Poker game for nothing.
Maybe if I write and tell Empire Poker customer service that I quit early to play their game they will reimburse me for what I might have won?
Actually you can try this and customer service will usually look through their database and try and find you a bonus code that you qualify for.
It’s a little better than nothing.
