Started Playing Live Games Today

Today I started playing live games at the local card room, I made $117.00 for my first hour, so I am pretty happy about that.

If I can average $117 per hour I will be really happy, but that's not likely to happen. Although they have started playing no limit, so if I get comfortable playing the $4/$8 limit games, then I can move up to the no limit games.

They didn't have a small blind, which I didn't understand but that only helps my game since I wait for the premium hands and then just play those it lets me play cheaper.

Many of the other players were playing every hand, so the blinds didn't make that much difference to them since they were likely to be playing those hands anyway.

The reason I have started playing poker again is because I don't have enough money to pay my bills, so I need some more income. I am not sure if this is going to work out or not, but I thought I would give it a try and see how it goes.
